JB Berry, President
JB is a leader who lives by the motto “Mission First – People Always”. This has always translated into a passion for customer success and a laser focus on a winning company culture.
Prior to his current role, JB successfully served in many high impact roles. His previous two roles were Chief Operations Officer and SVP Strategy for Optimas Solutions, and Chief Commercial Officer and SVP Sales for HD Supply. He has built expertise in value added distribution and service and has direct experience in sourcing, supply chain, quality, six sigma, sales, strategy and omnichannel marketing.
JB is a proud veteran and served for over 10 years as a commissioned Infantry officer in the US Army and 3 years as a Civil Affairs Team Leader.
Tim Nugent, Chief Financial Officer
Tim brings over 15 years of finance executive leadership, with a proven track record of driving results. He began his career at General Electric, rising quickly through the prestigious Corporate Audit Staff to Executive Manager before joining Baker Hughes as Executive Director to the CFO. Tim joined Saxco in 2020 as CFO, where he led initiatives to improve profitability, optimize inventory, and expand margin across the business. Now serving as CFO of Novvia Group, Tim continues to apply his strategic insight and leadership to support growth across the organization’s diverse portfolio of packaging companies.
Rich Chapman, Sr. Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer
Rich has 20 years of supply chain experience within the packaging industry. In addition to leading packaging categories at Kraft Foods and the McDonald’s system, he has extensive experience within the Distribution industry for primary rigid containers. Rich joined Saxco in 2019 and leads the Supply Chain and Sourcing team. Rich is passionate about team building and improving supplier relationships to deliver an enhanced experience for Saxco customers.
Mark Linder, Chief Digital Officer
Mark has spent the past twenty-five years building marketing and digital solutions for large distributors and retailers. After his most recent role leading the digital transformation for a global electrical distributor, Mark joined Saxco in 2020 to help lead a similar transformation in the packaging industry. Mark’s customer-centric approach and passion for driving efficiencies keeps his team focused on improving satisfaction levels for all involved in the supply chain. With the shift in customer expectations, Mark is focused on developing customer facing solutions that will enable greater self-service capabilities with access to critical information in real time.
Jennifer Mackie, Chief Commercial Officer
Lindsay Boudreaux, Sr. Vice President Strategy & Business Development
Lindsay began her career in the industry as a passionate and successful winemaker for premium wineries in California and the Northwest. After 13 harvests across three states and two countries, she joined Saxco in 2010 to help serve others in the industry. Lindsay’s passion for the customer, and great determination, help Saxco to continually improve the customer experience. Lindsay recently shifted efforts to refine go-to-market strategies that will enable Saxco to reach even more customers.
Ken McAlpine, Vice President of Operations
With 20 years of previous operations and logistics experience, Ken joined the Saxco team in 2015. His background and expertise in high volume supply chain management, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation has helped Saxco excel in delivering quality manufacturing standards and exceptional customer satisfaction. Ken currently oversees all Saxco’s fulfillment centers. His expertise in strategy, innovation, packaging, and value-added services helps support Saxco customers through all stages of their growth.
Phil Johnson, Vice President of Human Resources
Before joining Saxco in 2020, Phil spent 10 years in progressive human resources roles supporting one of the world’s largest food and beverage manufacturers across multiple geographies in the United States. Phil brought his passion for finding industry leading talent and building world class teams to Saxco. His ability to lead our people function, provide growth and development opportunity for our team members, and advance our winning culture at Saxco is enhancing the overall customer experience.
Matt Kubbinga, Vice President of Supply Chain
Matt joined Saxco in 2020, bringing extensive experience in demand and supply planning. Before his time at Saxco, he was instrumental in building high-performing planning teams at leading distribution companies. Throughout his career at companies like Univar Solutions and Optimas Solutions, Matt leveraged data to drive inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery. His expertise in optimizing supply chain operations will help Saxco continue to provide exceptional service to its customers by enhancing efficiency, improving delivery timelines, and ensuring the highest level of inventory management.
Pat Myles, Vice President of Customer Operations & Productivity
Pat joined Saxco in 2021, bringing a diverse set of leadership experiences from his time at General Electric and as an officer in the US Army. He has worked in a variety of roles across the organization, driving key improvements throughout our journey. Pat’s leadership and focus on continuous improvement support Saxco’s continued growth and success.
Taylor McCauley, FP&A Leader
Taylor joined Saxco in early 2022, bringing financial expertise from her background in public accounting and private equity. She began her career in public accounting at E&Y before transitioning to FP&A at Syndigo, a private equity-backed technology company, where she rapidly advanced within the finance function. Taylor’s ability to align financial performance with operational goals is essential to Saxco’s continued success in delivering value to both shareholders and customers. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring Saxco meets its short-term objectives while strategically positioning the company for long-term growth and evolving customer needs.
